Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager (South). The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales in the Western region of India. This includes generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- 7+ years of experience in sales in the construction and mineral processing industries.
- Strong knowledge of the crushing and screening industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Goal-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the Western region of India
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
