Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The candidate should be capable of handling electrical systems independently, supporting projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review electrical systems, schematics, and layouts as per project requirements
- Execute and supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company guidelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, SCM, Production, QA) for smooth project execution
- Support vendor development, technical evaluation, and inspection of electrical components
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, BOQs, and reports
- Monitor electrical system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
- Provide technical support during audits, customer inspections, and trials

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, PLC basics, and power distribution
- Hands-on experience with LT panels, MCC, VFDs, sensors, and industrial wiring
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with safety standards, earthing, and electrical protection systems
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with strong exposure to crusher and screening equipment. The role involves end-to-end mechanical design, improvement of existing products, and support to manufacturing, assembly, and field service teams. The candidate should have solid knowledge of heavy equipment design, structures, and moving mechanisms.Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and assemblies for crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, and related equipment
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly
- Perform design calculations for structures, shafts, bearings, gears, fasteners, and wear parts
- Ensure designs meet performance, safety, reliability, and cost targets
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
- Work closely with manufacturing, SCM, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization
- Troubleshoot design-related issues during manufacturing, assembly, and site commissioning
- Implement design improvements, standardization, and value engineering initiatives
- Coordinate with suppliers for technical discussions, drawings, and component finalization
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, technical documentation, and revision control
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards and internal design guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of crusher and screening equipment design (Jaw, Cone, Impact, VSI, Screens, Feeders, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with structural fabrication, heavy assemblies, and rotating equipment
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / CATIA) and AutoCAD
- Understanding of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, casting, and heat treatment
- Knowledge of material selection, wear liners, and surface treatments
- Ability to perform basic strength and fatigue calculations
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (B.Tech / BE)
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
Preferred Experience
- OEMs in Crushing & Screening / Mining / Aggregate / Heavy Equipment
- Exposure to mobile and track-mounted equipment is an added advantage
