Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The candidate should be capable of handling electrical systems independently, supporting projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and review electrical systems, schematics, and layouts as per project requirements
• Execute and supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company guidelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, SCM, Production, QA) for smooth project execution
• Support vendor development, technical evaluation, and inspection of electrical components
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, BOQs, and reports
• Monitor electrical system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost optimization
• Provide technical support during audits, customer inspections, and trials
• Guide junior engineers and technicians on best practices

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, PLC basics, and power distribution
• Hands-on experience with LT panels, MCC, VFDs, sensors, and industrial wiring
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with safety standards, earthing, and electrical protection systems
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and basic engineering software (AutoCAD Electrical preferred)

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Industry Experience

• Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering / Industrial Equipment / EPC / Automation
