- Representing Etrack Products in the designated Market Area or defined focus area/region/country.
- Dealer management, Training and Key account management.
- Establishing contacts and maintaining relationships with operational personnel and management in customer organizations.
- Focusing on generating new sales opportunities and diligently following up on RFQs (Requests for Quotations), proposals, and purchase orders.
- Acting as the representative of Etrack products in front of customers, identifying and addressing customer needs, upcoming investments, and future plans. Making presentations to customers about company products and their applications.
- Developing a deep understanding of customer applications and effectively positioning company products accordingly.
- Gathering detailed information about customer processes and applications to enhance our product positioning.
- Conducting market research and competition analysis, providing valuable feedback to the Marketing team.
- Collaborating with the Etrack and global Keestrack team to identify, understand, and pursue opportunities.
- Proactively building a sales funnel among the customer base and ensuring relevant compliance with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices.
- Supporting local actions related to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer feedback, as well as addressing quality-related issues.
